whoa ive been MIA for a very long long time.. so let me start on 19 Dec to 22 Dec i sleep over at my aunts place before our flight to Brunei on the 23rd. we had loads of fun at there.learned how to play Texas Poker and it is damn fun.i won a few rounds and lost some.well that is gambling,u need to be lucky.Ate prata at 4am as we were damn hungry.then my flight on the 22nd 8pm,all came to the airport ot send us off. 23rd December-to Brunei me and my cousin took the Royal Brunei Airlines(RBA).listened to songs and read the newspaper while in the plane. we reached the Brunei airport at 11pm,had our supper with my uncle. 24th december to 31st dec i will shorten this 8days experience at Brunei. i enjoyed my trip there,it wasnt what i had expected. I enjoyed the fact that for 8days im riding in a BMW,very high class.At brunei i went hiking to the top mountain i think.it was challenging and tiring but overall it was fun.There is also a party to celebrate both of my cousins' birthday.the whole family from my aunts side came-all are Bruneians,hahahakx. it was a pool party,played games with the children and as always i will jump and flip myself over the edge of the pool.After the party we went to Jerudong Amusement Theme Park.I wouldn't say it is amusing nor a theme park as most of the rides are not working.the only thing that is working is the merry-go-round.As if i would ride on it. Me and my cousin entertained ourselves by playing poker or taitia and talking about girls. At there the language was malay but a different kind of malay,the brunei malay and i was having such a hard time understanding the kids at there.its already bad that my malay is far from rock bottom and now Brunei malay. the other thing i did at there was going for a yoga class,yea u guys may laugh.its not my idea actually,my aunt just drag both of us to join for one session so we just followed. the yoga turned out to be hard.i couldn't believe that a stationary excercise can make me sweat as though im running for my 2.4km..overall yoga isnt that bad and it isnt gay. at there i went for a whole body massage,very relaxing!.i watched 3movies at Brunei,Twilight(watched it 3times)very bored and its differnt from the book,Bedtime stories is funny, i will rate it 3.5/5 stars and teresa Palmer is HOT and watched The Spirit ,its kinda nonsense but if you understand then its okay,i rate The Spirit 2.5/5stars,must give credit to the new actor who is the main actor.We also went for car shopping,looked at the BMW and Porshe.My uncle wants to buy a land rover but didnt know whcih one,eventhough he has a two cars.It would be a dream to have those cars,sigh.The VERY BEST thing that i enjoyed over there is the FOOD!!wuhooo.i eat like a monster. Ate at different fancy restaurants which all expenses paid by my uncle. Itallian,Japanese,Chines,Local(Brunei),i dint get to eat Thai but its okay.thats not all the best part is the all you can eat buffet.Monsterous appetite! on the last day 30 december,we checked in at the Empire country club resort.VERY CLASSY!!its either a 5 or a 6 start hotel.checked in at 2pm then had our High Tea then walked around the resort and took some pictures.After walking we used the computer at the Network room. Played Mafia Wars on facebook.At 6pm we go for our dinner as usual a all you can eat buffet.After dinner went for bowling,tried differnet skills for bowling.My cousin learned how to curl the ball.After bowling we headed to the Cinema to catch a movie.At 12m we headed back to our room and then we played cash flow till 3.30am. use the IMac till 4.30am.woke up at 5.30am to go to the airport.at 8am is our flight reached Singapore at 10am. heaeded to my cousin place and used the laptop till5.30pm before going to City hall to meet my friends for the countdown. update the photos soon=) Everything comes with a sacrifice Sacrifice something or someone has its own reward Endure the pain and suffering now It will end and a new beginning will bloom sorry |
